A good piece of draughtsmanship. It would has old modest value. May be it’s a PRINT. Not 100% sure. Just selling for a frame value.
There is tear mark on the middle of the picture. It will be noticeable with a very closed look.

A large oil/acrylic on board painting signed Willem B. This is based upon Dennis Potter and the TV series The Singing Detective. It is Dated Aug 1992. William Bouwmeester is a well known New Zealand artist who came from Holland and emigrated to New Zealand in the 1950s or thereabouts. Quite a well known artist.
The picture measures approx 83cm x 63cm. It is quite striking. Is bold and has good colour. Could do with a bit clean and a dust, but apart from that it is fine. Great if you collect Willem Bs work or just want a striking different painting. Be quick.
