Born in C. 1919, Fred O’Neill studied at the Otago Boys’ Highschool and went on to study art in Sydney. Fred served in Solomon Islands with the RNZAF and was an engineer for his own company, “Dunedin Electroplaters”.
This sale is for a Kiwi-Born artist and a well respected artist N.Z. on Screen community.
Signature: Bottom Right-Hand Corner, and on Reverse of Painting (signature has faded quite a lot on the back of the painting. The most visible notes is the title of the piece as well as the media used to make the piece).
